By accessing or using BuzzReach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BuzzReach is a marketing tool that discovers community conversations relevant to your product, scores them for relevance, and drafts reply suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and manually posting any replies.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all content you post using drafts generated by BuzzReach.
• You must comply with the terms of service of any platform where you post replies.
• You must not use BuzzReach for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity.
• You must keep your account credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

BuzzReach is $20/month after a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds — no questions asked. If you’re not happy for any reason, email us and we’ll refund your most recent payment in full. No forms, no justification, no hassle.

5. Intellectual Property

BuzzReach and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BuzzReach and are protected by intellectual property laws. Draft replies generated for you are yours to use.

6. Limitation of Liability

BuzzReach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any consequences of replies you post, including account bans on third-party platforms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
